Tran Anh Cons has officially taken on the design consultancy contract for Phuoc Long Commercial Center, located in Phuoc Long Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The project is developed by Thu Duc House Group and is set to become a major retail, entertainment, and commercial hub serving residents in the eastern part of the city.

The project features a total gross floor area (GFA) of 15,000 m², comprising 2 basement parking levels and 5 flexibly arranged commercial floors.
